Operation Period of Slow-Burning Phosphororganic Fluids in Control Systems of Power Units 1999-01-2864
In the paper are presented physical-chemical, tribological and operational properties of a slow-burning oil TSO-hs used in hydraulic system of power unit control in a power station.
The oil TSO-hs belongs to slow-burning fluids of HFDR type and is a mixture of phenylexylene phosphorates and phenylisopropyl phosphorate with addivities improving lubricity and anticorrosion, antioxidation and antifoam properties.
The author has presented initial parameters demanded for an oil, then the range of oil properties examined in the course of unit opreation and criterions that should be observed in estimation of an oil usability for further operation. The analysis of investigations resulted in construction of an additional auxiliary system for the exploited oil conservation.
