The New Ford Truck Plant at São Bernardo - Adoption of a “State-Of-The-Art” Manufacturing Process 2001-01-3882
All the actions herein described, which were implemented in the new operation, had as their central focus the satisfaction of our Customers’ expectations, as well as the attraction of new consumers of the Ford brand.
The truck business is vitally important, as a large part of the country’s economic activities depend on it, and the purchasing decision, once made, is linked to the pressing need for an event that is scheduled to occur at a predetermined time. Therefore, the flexibility to provide customers with products that meet their requirements within a minimum time frame is fundamental for the success of business and for their relationship with our organization.
