Generation Mechanism of Thrust Force of Splines 2005-32-0018

Thrust force is caused by the Splines that is used to unite the shaft with the gear in the transmission at the motorcycle. Because it is necessary to decrease the thrust force by the reason for the improvement of the shift feeling etc., it is necessary to clarify the generation mechanism, and to find the decrease method. It was that the thrust force was caused when eccentricity of internal spline between external spline and tilted contact on tooth surface occurred at the same time. The decrease method of thrust force was planned with the transmission based on this principle. The thrust force is decreased mass products in consequence.
