This paper analyses the important role of the scientific and rational assessment system in the road traffic emissions reduction by the study of how each strategy affects, including technological progress, annual vehicle travel, as well as mileage-related impacts such as management and optimization of traffic flow.
The consequence of air pollution will also be quantified, thus building a dynamic life cycle assessment system to measure pollution emissions from motor vehicles.
