Abstract:

The Micro Motion CMF010P flow meter is a Coriolis-type mass flow meter used to measure dynamic and static flow rate. A detailed review of this system and five other mass flow rate measuring devices was previously completed at Ford Motor Company’s Powertrain and Fuel Subsystems Laboratory [ 1 , 2 ]. The comparison analyzed the dynamic mass flow rate results of a high-pressure gasoline fuel injector. The Micro Motion flow meter proved to be easy to use while providing sufficient accuracy and repeatability at a reasonable price.
