The automotive market is going through a major investment cycle due to increased credit, reducing the price of vehicles and opening new markets. Project management methodologies have been used by automakers as a tool to achieve strategic objectives. In all these methodologies, monitoring and control of project work is one of the most important processes to achieve effective and efficient projects, ensuring financial and market growth of the automaker. This paper was carried out on a national automaker in which the dashboard developed is a tool for monitoring and controlling time, scope, cost, risk and quality of the project, assisting project managers in making decisions.
