According to the questionnaire survey of relevant experts in 5 aspects such as social benefit, economic benefit, supporting, objective condition and promotion & development, the result of statistics and analysis is the weight of each main decision factors such as popularity, the efficiency of the use of vehicles, users' literacy, government support, etc. Based on the questionnaire survey of some users and potential customers, the factor scores of four modes（normal self-service mode, high-quality self-service mode, normal service mode and high-quality service mode） are calculated. AHP are used to analyze the advantage develop direction of BEV car-sharing model in China. The results show that normal self-service mode has the most promotional value. Then early government support and encouragement, consumers' continuous recognition and company's own sustainable way of profit will attain the most optimal state of development.
