Airframe and Accessory Lubricants 620306

Considerable progress has been made by the Coordinating Research Council, Inc., (CRC) on the development of techniques for predicting the service performance properties of airframe lubricants under the operating conditions of modernand future aircraft. Current work is being concentrated in two areas: high-temperature performance and bonded solid lubricant coatings. This two-part paper describes the work in progress and future plans for cooperative testing.
