Use of Mobile Fuel Laboratory and Blending Station in Fuel System Development 630159
Weather conditions in Arizona, during the late fall and early spring, sometimes do not permit hot fuel test and development work at the Arizona Proving Ground. Because of this, Ford Motor Co. has built a mobile fuel laboratory and blending station to support experimental programs that must, be scheduled in other areas to take advantage of highest temperatures. This paper shows, by photographic illustration, features of the new mobile facility and describes how they are used.
