Program Management in Design and Development 640548
This paper is in the form of responses to a set of standard questions put to the various panel members concerning a number of significant program management problems. The responses reflect the authors' experience in management of the test and assurance aspects of aerospace vehicle development and production. Emphasis is placed on the need for analysis and identification of the critical areas in design, manufacture and operation, for control of all the significant factors affecting product effectiveness, and for testing to verify the suitability of the product for its intended use.
