There are more commercial motor vehicles abroad than there are in the United States, there are more commercial vehicles being manufactured abroad than in the U. S. and the commercial vehicle exports of foreign countries exceed those of this country.
This paper reports on the vehicle inventory, operating characteristics, and past and future vehicle purchasing of 150 motor vehicle fleets in 32 foreign countries. Related information regarding world motor vehicle registrations, manufacture, and exports is also included.
