The New Look in TWA training reflects TWA's new DC-9 training program. It is based on the “Instructional Systems Approach” which is a highly-structured, step-by-step, controlled learning system. It is goal and results-oriented and produces most rapid individual learning. The system uses a classroom responder system and other programed-type learning aids. This new approach to training results in 30% reduction in training time coupled with a very high quality of achievement.
