The Nulastic Damper - A New Concept in Torsional Vibration Control 690359

Increased displacement and operating speeds of internal combustion engines as well as higher combustion pressures have compounded the problem of crankshaft torsional vibration control. A new type of vibration damper has been developed which combines the advantages of both the tuned absorber and pure viscous types and which can be produced at a lower cost than conventional viscous designs.
