Quality Improvements in Pre-Recorded Cassettes 860119
The pre-recorded cassette is the primary source of high quality program material for in-car entertainment use. This paper describes HX Pro, a new development in cassette recording that has already brought about a significant improvement in the quality of pre-recorded cassettes available to the consumer. Dolby C-type noise reduction, which gives a further improvement in the quality of pre-recorded cassettes, and is now being used in a significant number of in-car entertainment products, is described in detail.
