DACROMET 500: A Coating for High Strength Fasteners 862024
This paper investigates the lubricity of the DACROMET® 500 coating and compares it to zinc and cadmium platings having the same film thickness. More importantly it focuses on the effect that a coating can have on the torque tension properties of a fastener.
