An Investigation of the Relationship Between Bench and Field Performance Tests 871625
This paper reviews various testing techniques and performance criteria for current generation multipurpose power transmission fluids (MPTF). The relationship between bench, rig, and field testing will be discussed. This paper will also show that bench testing often does not correlate with known field performance.
