Study of Automobile Reliability Allocation Method 891372

The purpose of automobile reliability allocation is to assign reasonably entire vehicle reliability target over subsystems. Applying the principle of operational research and considering the benefit for both manufacture and user, a step-by-step optimization reliability allocation method has been found. This article involves reliability calculation, failure analysis, cost analysis, and a computer software developed. As an example, this method has been applied to establish a reliability improvement plan for a type of middle truck.
