Geometry values parameterization of the passengers’ vehicles 2007-01-2583

The objective of this study is the development of a consolidated and reliable process, which will eliminate the possibility of vehicles liberation with the geometry values out of the engineering specifications and that consequently to make impossible the use of not consolidated geometry data in the manufacturing process. This study also include a set of suggestions that can eventually can be considered in future studies as the development of an after-sales additional process to meet the field vehicles maintenance that currently faces the same lack of reliability and a consolidated procedure to guarantees the accomplishment of suspension geometry values.
