On-Board Computer System for Navigation, Orientation and Route Optimization 840485
In our complex road network, it is increasingly necessary to help the driver in route guidance and orientation. Already developed route guidance systems are mostly frustrated by the difficulties of financing of the roadside equipment. As a new approach in development of such systems, self-sufficient route guidance systems for use in both the trunk highway system and the inner-city street system are presented.
