An Original Simulation Method for Car Engine Cooling Systems: A Modular System 870713

This document describes an original computing method for car engine cooling systems based on the compatibility and modularity of data bases set up from tests and/or computing of the various car cooling system components (Engine, Radiator, Fan, Air System, Water System). The document also describes an original evaluation method of the aerodynamic and thermal characteristics of complete air cooling systems. The method is used to compute the engine water temperatures in any driving conditions without actually testing a vehicle. The method applies to any type of vehicle.
