FEM Analysis of Low-Frequency Disc Brake Squeal (In Case of Opposed Type Caliper) 973020

The FEM analysis is one of approach to develop the reduction method for squeal.
This study shows the effectiveness of the FE model by measuring vibration mode during squeal generation. And some effective factors to the squeal ( l-5kHz ) could be clear on opposed piston type caliper by FEM analysis.
