A New Technology and Innovative Circuit Design Merge to Produce a New Generation of Audio Power ICs 880093
This paper describes a new bipolar IC technology and innovative circuit design applied to produce a new generation of audio power amplifier ICs for car radio. A reduced external component count, better protection and the absence of turn on/off noise are the most significant characteristics of the new design.
